All stainless steel equipment is covered by a ten year repair or replace guarantee against breakage due to manufacturer defect (Example: broken welds, losing caster bearings, leaky bucket). This does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse (Example: broken keys from leaving in door, broken wringer springs, worn wheels). The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Royce Rolls Ringer in Grand Rapids, MI for inspection.

 

Royce Rolls Ringer will repair the merchandise if determined repairable and cover the shipping costs back to the customer. If determined defective from manufacturers defect and non-repairable, Royce Rolls Ringer will replace the merchandise and cover the shipping costs back to the customer.

 

If determined defective from normal wear and tear or abuse, at customer’s option Royce Rolls Ringer will provide an estimate for repairs and the customer will be responsible for return shipping. If customer desires product back with no repair, customer will be responsible for return shipping. If customer desires not to repair and not to receive back, Royce Rolls Ringer will dispose of it.
